Can I return or exchange a product?
At Clinks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, we have processes in place to make this possible.
If items purchased by you are deemed of an unsatisfactory quality you may return these to the Off License partner which provided them, who will in turn inspect the items – If they agree that they are not of a satisfactory quality you will be offered a replacement or alternatively, you’ll be directed to Clinks directly to issue you with a refund.
